To use MailWise, you must create an account by connecting your Gmail account via OAuth 2.0. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
MailWise offers multiple subscription tiers:
The 7-day refund window applies only to your first paid subscription. Subsequent renewals, upgrades, or downgrades are not eligible for refunds. You maintain full access until the end of your billing period after cancellation.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain full access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months or unused time, except during the 7-day money-back guarantee period for first-time subscribers.
MailWise uses the Gmail API to access your email. By using the Service, you also agree to comply with Google's Terms of Service and API Usage Policies:
All content, features, and functionality of MailWise, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and design, are owned by MailWise and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to your email data. By using MailWise, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

We strive to provide reliable service with 99.5% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
